The RTX tools can be built up like a kit. You can purchase the Power Head seperate from the hex cassette.

The RTX Cassettes are available in hundreds of sizes. 3/4 up to 8" a/f. You can also use inserts radius permitting. You can purchase the hex cassette separate from the Power Head.

ALCO EXTENSION REACTION ARMS
Also known as Baseball Bats for Hydraulic Torque Multipliers. The Hydraulc Torque Multiplier arms offer more reaction options. Hydraulic Torque Multiplier in some cases may have no reaction point with the standard arm. The Alco arm can help get you out of trouble. They are available for Square Drive & Hex Cassette multipliers. TJ Tools have these on stock for most Rapidtorc models. Reaction Arms come in many sizes for Hydraulic Multipliers. Constructed from high grade Aluminium these reaction arms are strong and light weight. To attach simply clip off the existing reaction arm and replace with the Alco arm. It is done in seconds. The Alco arm is retained by the same pin the standard head uses. We recommend using genuine Rapidtorc accessories.

ALUMINIUM EXTRUSION PRESS - Cap Screws. The RTX tools are often best suited for Cap screws using hex key to eliminate any side loading. Hex Cassette link tools are designed for low clearance and long stud applications. The RTX series are fully featured.  The Hex ratchet is brass bushed & only use proven materials and designs.

PETROCHEMICAL:  RTX Tools ~ All Hydraulic Torque Multipler high torcs use reaction pawls to provide full ratcheting. This also allows the tool to ratchet without being held. Reaction pawls act like an anti-wind up device. It locks in behind each tooth of the ratchet as the gear rotates.The hose swivel adjusts Vertically and Horizontally to ensure the hoses can moved to the safest position. The Rapidtorc RTX is the ideal tool for High Pressure Flanges. Long studs create problems for even the deepest Impact Sockets. The RTX becomes the solution. The RTX reacts inline directly onto the next nut. This eliminates any side load forces. 90 degree pipe  flanges often result in minimal clearance over the studs this also is no challenge for the  RTX. MALCO HONERT / LUDOWICI Unbalanced vibrating motors. These gearboxes are bolted to beams across large screens in processing plants. Often found in Prep Plants these screens are vibrated by the unbalanced motors to refine raw materials. Continual vibration means without the correct torque these bolts will work lose. The webbing on the gearbox and limited over head clearance makes using a Impact Socket and square drive tool not possible. This photo shows the tool in position even with the counter weight in the lower position. The bolts are usually 60mm a/f with a torque over 2,500 Ft Lbs. The RTX-4 with 3,800 Ft Lbs is the solution ideal for applications where access with a socket is not possible. This is a typical job for the RTX tool. HIGH TORQUE PUMPS: (240 Volt or Air) Wrench pumps or Power Packs are double acting systems specifically set up for Hydraulic Torque Multipliers. The Advance port is adjustable, regulated between 1,500 to 10,000 psi. This allows you to choose a torque setting via a pressure / torque chart. The pumps use an auto retract valve with the retract pressure set at 1,400 psi. FOUNDATION BOLT TOOLS The RAPIDTORC RTX Hydraulic Torque multipliers are the perfect partner for these applications. Foundation bolts are often studs which are chemically anchored or concreted into the ground, walls and ceilings etc. They are used in civil and mechanical construction to hold plant & materials in place. These might be building frames, Ball and Sag Mills, Rock Bolting of Ceilings in underground mines, Chair Lift uprights in the snow fields ...  etc. The RTX allows the excess stud to pass through the tool. Correct torque on these structural bolts is important. The RTX makes this job a breeze because it's light weight and small compared to conventional torque tooling. When working over head tooling needs to be light weight. To tighten or loosen the nut simply flip the RTX wrench over to work in reverse. ADJUSTING SET SCREWS: Access doesn't get much tighter than this. The RTX has thousands of uses. In the Locomotive industry we have sold the RTX for doing Big Ends on V12 Motors. Elongation measurement of the stud is used to achieve correct stud load. A Large micrometer is used to measure the total length of the stud.

Using a Rapidtorc RTX-4  they apply rotation to the nut and measure the stud extension at the same time. RTX Hydraulic Torque Multipiers low clearance models offer many solutions for flanges pressure vessels heat exchangers for the refinery industry. In alignment with B7 torque tables these tool offer limited clearance features to solve access issues.
